The extract has been studied and while results arent 100% conclusive the anecdotal evidence shows that not only does it help control cravings and blood sugar spikes but it also helps better metabolize fat in the body. That means your body burns its fat stores before it burns other sources for energy. Other ways to enhance metabolic burn are to do weight and/or resistance training. Muscles have whats called an afterburn effect that continues to nuke fat in the body hours after you are done exercising. Green coffee extract used as a supplement to weight and resistance training will keep that afterburn going for longer.

  • Chlorogenic acid May be listed as proprietary compounds Svetol or GCA
  •  Take 400mg 30 minutes before each meal
  •  Not recommended for people taking anti-diabetes or high blood pressure medication as the caffeine May have a negative interaction
  • Ask your doctor how much caffeine is safe for you to consume given your health history

Remember to eat a clean diet full of healthy produce and lean meats and keep to a regular exercise regimen – ideally 45 minutes 4 times a week. Keep high glycemic carbohydrates and sugars to a minimum to control blood sugar spikes. While no pill is a miracle the right supplement can have you burning more fat in less time and getting that lean hard physique youve always wanted.
